Reviews and Ratings
Staying in the Viceroy Suite was an exceptional experience with rooms done up to the highest standard, truly deserving FIVE STARS for their perfection. Every detail was just right, making it a luxurious stay. The only drawback was the slightly dim lighting due to the wooded area surrounding the suite, but it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed bag. The rooms felt first-class, but they were uncomfortably hot due to limited ventilation. Despite the cozy garden view, the lack of proper cooling was a downside. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, with slow room service but exceptional praise for the Coq&Bull Restaurant's food quality. The location was pleasant, although a bit cramped at times, and the dining experience was delightful overall. While the facilities were decent, there were some shortcomings in terms of comfort and amenities.
The hotel offers comfortable and well-serviced rooms with a nice touch of fresh milk and homemade shortbread for a great cup of tea. The service is professional and warm, with fantastic food and helpful staff. Situated in a quiet leafy rural area, the location provides a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience is amazing, complementing the trip nicely. Overall, a great stay with some minor tiredness in the rooms.
